I realized many years ago that if you could mix concrete, you could cook; if you could follow intricate woodworking plans, you could cook; if you could follow directions, you could cook.
That being said, here we go with my first attempt at an on-line cookbook. Some of the recipes are original; some have been adapted from friends’ recipes; some have been in my cookbook so long, I forget where they originated; and some of our favorites have been pulled from Internet sites. For the recipes that are not original, including Internet, I have tried to give credit where it is due. If you see something that looks close to one of your original recipes, let me know I and I will give you credit.
