Oven fried chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken for the number of diners – we use two tenderloins for each person, and we prefer white meat; adjust as you desire
  • 1-3 eggs, depending on amount of chicken
  • All-purpose flour, adjust depending on amount of chicken
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Place flour in a shallow plate or bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Put the bread crumbs in another shallow plate or bowl and beat the eggs in another bowl.
  3. Dredge the chicken piece by piece in the flour, then the egg, then the bread crumbs, until all pieces are coated.
  4. Spray baking dish with non-stick, place a grate in the dish to keep the chicken off the bottom.
  5. Add the chicken to the dish and sprinkle with paprika to taste.
  6. Baking time depends on the cut of chicken used. For tenderloins, cook for 30 minutes and check. By using the grate, you do not have to turn the chicken.
