Dill sauce

. . . great on smoked salmon

  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • ½ of Meyers lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • ½ clove garlic, finely minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients until smooth, serve with salmon.
